By using this website to request document preparation services, you acknowledge and agree that:

Blackacre Docs, LLC (hereinafter, “BDL”), at your request, will coordinate the preparation and/or review of certain legal documentation (hereinafter, the “Document Services”), necessary to facilitate the closing of a real estate transaction (hereinafter, the “Closing”);

In connection with the Document Services, an attorney licensed to practice law in the great state of Texas, employed by BDL and/or retained by BDL (hereinafter, the “Attorney”), will perform such services in accordance with the fee schedule set forth on this website (hereinafter, the “Legal Fees”);

The Document Services provided by BDL (and/or the Attorney), will be made in a non-representation capacity only, provided solely at your request, provided solely on your behalf, and provided in reliance upon the information you have provided in making the request for the Document Services;

Any and all of the legal documents provided in connection with the Document Services will be prepared and/or reviewed by the Attorney;

The Legal Fees will be paid to BDL directly and remitted to the Attorney for the Document Services;

Neither BDL, nor the Attorney, have undertaken in any manner whatsoever to assist, render legal advice to, or provide legal representation to any party in connection with the Closing, nor to any third-party;

Any and all parties involved in the Closing or associated therewith in any manner or capacity may (and should), retain independent legal counsel to represent his/her/their individual, and respective interests in connection with the Closing; and

BDL will invoice you according to the fee schedule found on this website. You further acknowledge and agree (a) to pay BDL according to the fee schedule on this website, and (b) that all sums invoiced to you for the Document Services are due and payable to BDL immediately upon your receipt of the invoice.

FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT: THERE IS NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ANY PARTY AND BLACKACRE DOCS, LLC, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES.
